Billing & Subscription

Your ESC subscription is bought and billed entirely through AWS Marketplace. It appears on your regular AWS bill – there is no separate invoice from us, and ESC never asks you for a card to subscribe.

That has one consequence worth understanding before you need it: because AWS handles your billing, AWS is also where you cancel. We cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf, and deleting your helpdesk in the ESC portal will not stop AWS billing you.
