You are not locked into the plan you started on.

How to upgrade

Upgrades are purchased through AWS Marketplace, the same way your original subscription was. The Plans page in your ESC portal will hand you to AWS to complete it.

What happens to your helpdesk

This is the part people worry about, so here it is plainly: you keep everything.

Same-tier upgrades take effect instantly, with no downtime.
Larger-tier upgrades are handled by a secure snapshot-restore. Your data carries over in full.
Your domain and your address do not change. Your customers and your team notice nothing.
Your AI agent roster automatically expands to the new tier’s limit, with ready-to-use agents.
Your branding, knowledge base, channels and history all carry over untouched.

There is nothing for you to rebuild, re-upload, or reconfigure.

Downgrading

If you need to move to a smaller plan, contact [email protected] first. Your current usage may exceed the smaller plan’s limits – more agents than it allows, or more knowledge storage than it permits – and we’d rather help you land that safely than have you discover it afterwards.
