Subscribing & Activating Your Account

1. Subscribe on AWS Marketplace

Find Elyxia Support Cloud (ESC) in AWS Marketplace. Choose Try for free for the 15-day trial, or select your plan and subscribe. You’ll be asked to confirm the contract terms.

Your subscription is billed entirely through AWS. Your ESC plan appears on your regular AWS bill, and there is no separate invoice.

The one exception is one-time AI response packs, an optional top-up bought by card in the ESC portal. They are never required, and they do not affect your subscription. See Billing & Subscription > Plans & Allowances.

2. Set up your account

Once your subscription is confirmed, AWS shows a Set up your account button. This hands you to ESC to complete registration.

  • New to ESC? You’ll create your account – just an email and password. No payment details: your billing is already handled through AWS.
  • Returning? Sign in as normal.

Either way, your subscription activates automatically the moment you sign in – there’s no code to enter and no step to remember.

Don’t skip this. If you subscribe on AWS but never click Set up your account, your subscription is live and billing but your helpdesk hasn’t been created. If this happens, return to your subscription in the AWS Marketplace console and click Set up your account – nothing is lost. If you’re stuck, email [email protected] with your AWS customer ID.

3. You’re in

You’ll land in the ESC Client Portal with your plan already applied, ready to launch your helpdesk.

Cancelling

Cancellations are managed in AWS, not in the ESC portal. Because you subscribed through AWS Marketplace, only you – the AWS account holder – can cancel; we cannot do it on your behalf. Cancel from Manage subscriptions in the AWS Marketplace console.

Important: deleting your helpdesk in the ESC portal does not cancel your AWS subscription, and AWS will keep billing you until you cancel it there. If you’re leaving ESC, cancel the subscription in AWS Marketplace. See Billing & Subscription → Cancelling in AWS Marketplace for the full detail.
