Choosing Your Plan

ESC has three published plans plus a custom Enterprise tier. Every plan includes the same core platform – a dedicated instance, AI agents, knowledge base, web chat, email channel, customer support portal, agent workspace, free SSL, and nightly backups. The tiers differ in capacity, not capability.

There are no per-agent fees. The monthly price covers your whole team.

Which plan?

AI responses is usually the figure that decides it. One AI response = one genuine answer from your AI agent. Automatic acknowledgements and canned replies don’t count against it.

Starter – small teams, a single brand, modest ticket volume.
Growth – the common choice: a busier helpdesk, more agents, a second domain.
Pro – high volume, a larger human team, and priority support when you need us.
Enterprise – multiple helpdesks, custom volumes, or specific contractual requirements. Available via private offer: contact [email protected].

Changing your mind later

You aren’t locked in. Same-tier upgrades take effect instantly. Larger-tier upgrades are handled via secure snapshot-restore – your data carries over, and your domain and address stay the same. Your AI agent roster automatically expands to the new tier’s limit.
