How it works

On the ESC product page in AWS Marketplace, choose Try for free. You’ll be handed to ESC to set up your account, and your helpdesk provisions exactly as it would on a paid plan – same features, same dedicated instance, no reduced version.

What happens at the end

This is the part worth reading, because it works in your favour:

An AWS Marketplace SaaS free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the 15 days are up, it simply expires. You are never charged by surprise.

To continue, you make a deliberate choice – subscribe to a plan on AWS Marketplace during or after your trial, and your helpdesk continues on that plan. If you decide ESC isn’t for you, do nothing; the trial expires on its own.

If you let the trial lapse without subscribing, your helpdesk is scheduled for removal, with a backup taken beforehand. If you’re mid-evaluation and need longer, contact [email protected] before your trial ends.
