Launching Your Helpdesk

Launching Your Helpdesk

With your account activated, launching takes a few clicks and a short wait.

1. Start the wizard

From your dashboard, the setup wizard opens automatically. Your plan is already selected and locked to what you subscribed to on AWS – there’s nothing to choose or pay for here.

2. Choose your region

Your helpdesk runs in the AWS region you pick:

  • Ireland (eu-west-1)
  • London (eu-west-2)
  • Singapore (ap-southeast-1)
  • US East – N. Virginia (us-east-1)

Further regions are in progress.

Choose carefully. Your region is fixed once the helpdesk is created and cannot be changed later without rebuilding it. Pick the region closest to your customers, or the one your data-residency requirements point to.

3. Wait for Running

Your helpdesk provisions automatically. Watch the Overview tab – the status moves through provisioning and settles on Running. This typically completes well within 15 minutes.

Nothing is required from you during this. There is no server to configure, no software to install, and no credentials to set up. When it says Running, your helpdesk exists and you can sign in to it.

4. What now?

Head to the Quick Start Guide – add your domain, brand it, upload your knowledge, and get your web chat live.

Need more than one helpdesk?

You aren’t limited to one. From the Plans & Billing page in your portal, Buy a New Instance on any tier to add another helpdesk – a second brand, a separate region, or a helpdesk per client if you’re an agency.

Each helpdesk is fully independent: its own dedicated instance, its own domain and branding, its own AI agents and knowledge base, and its own allowances. Nothing is shared between them. Additional helpdesks are purchased through AWS Marketplace and appear on your AWS bill, and you can mix tiers freely.
